Ken was very accomodating in asking me what I would like/need to make the stay more comfortable. It is sparsly furnished right now and most of the furniture in there is old office pieces. Clean but outdated feel to the place. The bedroom was large and had a bed and desk. Private bath too. There was no one else upstairs
