It is situated in a quiet neighboorhoud along a canal where are passing boats, kayaks, ducks and other birds. 5-10 min walk to city center. Flemish Region Vacation Rental - the boat is a belgian "spits" of 1958 and in a perfect condition. it's a very charming boat in it's original condition. It has a wide of 5 meter and a lenght of 409 meters.
